After a shop drawing has the customer’s approval, it becomes a job in
progress and Lovett Signs manufacturing team begins to build the signs to meet required deadlines. Since the majority of our work is performed in our Guelph & Ottawa plants, we have total control in order to meet these tight deadlines. We feel it is critical to continue to invest in the company and by purchasing machinery regularly this allows us to keep the manufacturing in-house and also helps our pricing to remain competitive.

The role of the project manager is to coordinate the manufacturing and installation processes to the customer’s requested specifications and product quality, and to do so within the time constraints set forth by our customer(s).
By following the product through fabrication – including visual inspections in the plant – the project manager is able to verify the quality control procedures and status of the product.
